TWO FOR THE TRAILS
"Doing well by doing good" - Ben Franklin
At Athletic, we're firm believers that being healthy and active will lead to a better quality of life. In achieving our mission to make great-tasting non-alcoholic craft beer, we hope to have a positive impact in reducing alcoholism and encouraging activity, mindfulness, and time with loved ones. Integral to this mission is access to safe outdoor spaces for communities to get outside, to be active and mindful, and to create memories with friends and family. If we don't start acting in a sustainable manner, we're going to lose our chance at great outdoor adventures and outdoor sports.
With our Two for the Trails grant program, we donate 2% of all sales dollars to support active and healthy lifestyles in the outdoors. Two For the Trails is built to help you cover funding gaps on projects that will provide a transformative impact on your community. Is there a local hiking trail that needs maintenance due to heavy use? Have you been dreaming of a new flow trail to provide progression on your local mountain bike network? Or what about rehabilitating or creating a green space in your city's neighborhood? That’s where we come in.
We're now accepting applications to allocate $500,000 to projects or groups that share our mission.
The current application window closes 5/31/21. More information to come on the next application window.

Where we are Making an Impact
Appalachian Trail - New Hampshire
A team favorite - both at the organization level (the Appalachian Mountain Club) and the trails (the AT), this was an obvious first choice for Two for the Trails. We’ve spent a lot of time up on the Presidential Traverse, the Pemi Loop, and other spots, and want to ensure that we’re part of efforts to ensure generations in the future also get to enjoy them.
