We pack and ship standard shipping orders within 48 business hours of your order confirmation. Carrier shipping may take 2-7 business days or longer depending on the delivery location. We do not use any last-mile delivery services.
FREE SHIPPING ON $50+
We currently offer free shipping for all orders $50 and over for the continental U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska customers will be charged a $15 shipping surcharge). Subscribers receive free shipping on monthly shipments and free shipping on any additional orders of $20 or more.
We cannot ship non-alcoholic beer products to customers located in certain states
Without limitation, these states include:
Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi, Kansas, Idaho, Nebraska, and South Carolina
We apologize for the inconvenience. We are able to ship all merchandise and DayPack sparkling water products to all states.
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. We are unable to process returns for our beverage products as they are perishable products.

Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, except Michigan, South Carolina, Nebraska, Kansas, Idaho, Mississippi & Georgia due to state regulations. Alaska and Hawaii have an additional $15 shipping surcharge.
Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes! For shipping to APO and FPO addresses, we will use USPS - please make sure to set the country to United States when checking out.
Do you ship your products internationally?
We are international! We have dedicated sites for each territory where we have a presence, and you can see those via the flag icons in our footer.
How do I report damage?
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. If your Athletic Brewing items are damaged or do not meet your expectations, please take a photo and email us at email@example.com, and we will happily work with you.
Where is my order?
Orders can take up to 48 hours to process and ship. If you do not receive a shipping email or notification within 72 hours, please send us an email and we'll be happy to follow up.
What if my package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived?
Please contact us so we can investigate and help you locate the package or provide a solution to get your brews to you as quickly as possible.
