This Dunkelweizen-style brew is made for the shift into cooler days, when flavors deepen and time slows just enough to really savor it. Built on a wheat-heavy base and layered with roasted barley, it pours deep brown with a soft tan head. Notes of caramel, spice, and banana lead into smooth malt character and a dry, balanced finish. Crafted with old-world intention, it’s a brew for the season—not because it has to be, but because it feels right.
