Ingredients

  • 2 ready-made crusts
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken
  • ½ cup cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F, placing the rack in the center of the oven
  2. Spread ranch evenly over one ready-made crust
  3. Top with chicken, bacon, and half of the cheese
  4. Place the second ready-made crust on top, pressing the edges to seal it like one big sandwich
  5. Top with the remaining cheese
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling
  7. Rest for 5 minutes
  8. Top with scallions and slice into wedges for serving
