You can sign up for a variety of classes led by some of our very own athletes and then join them for some Athletic-inspired fun, including samplings and DJ Happy Hours.

We’ll be offering a range of classes including Cycling, Boxing, HIIT, Turf & Tread, Yoga, Kettlebell, Pilates & Barre Fusion, Cardio Dance. We’ll also be offering an assortment of our non-alcoholic beer and hop-infused sparkling waters: Athletic Lite, Upside Dawn, Run Wild, Free Wave, Rainbow Wall, and DayPack. The Best Kind of Happy Hour

To us, there’s nothing better than a happy hour after a good sweat – especially when it’s led by a DJ and flowing with award-winning Athletic brews.

Our happy hours will follow the Saturday Turf and Tread classes (6/4, 6/11, 6,18), from 11am-12pm and 12pm-1pm. There are only 30 spots per class, so sign up fast. The first 15 spots are completely free, while the remaining spots will be $15/class with 2% going towards our Two for the Trails initiative. These classes will be co-instructed by Athletic Brewing Co athletes Brian Mazza (6/4) and Elise Young (6/11, 6/18).

About Brian Mazza

An elite athlete and serial entrepreneur, Brian Mazza has dedicated his life to constantly improving – whether that’s lowering his sub 6-minute mile, raising his 360lbs bench press, 340lbs squat, or 450lbs deadlift, or bettering himself as a father and husband. Brian is the founder of High Performance, which allows him to build and interact with communities via fitness. His favorite Athletic brew to enjoy with friends post-workout? Blackberry Berliner Weisse Style.

About Elise Young

Elise is a NYC based personal trainer and group fitness instructor focusing on workouts that change the game and take things to the next level. An athlete her whole life and former division 1 basketball player, Elise pushes her clients to the next level with a focus on functional strength training and conditioning with a true focus on unleashing that inner athlete. In addition to her NYC base, Elise works with many remotely via zoom and through the Ladder app, as well as connects with over 252k on Instagram @elisesbodyshop.
