About

This brew's key ingredient is fresh-picked wet Strata hops from Crosby Hop Farm, a fifth-generation farm in Oregon. These fresh hops lend a pleasant grassy flavor with berry and melon aromas, and a soft yet mildly bitter finish that is reminiscent of grapefruit pith. The brew team went with a light malt profile to let the fresh hops really shine.
