With a focus on inspiration, education, funding and community, they’re helping lead the way to new summits for all.
One such entrepreneur is Saveria Tilden the founder of AdventurUs Women, an organization empowering women to embrace the great outdoors. By providing gear, guidance, support and community, their team is helping outdoor-oriented individuals reach all-new summits in the most challenging spaces.

With an incredible passion for the environment and a fierce dedication to the preservation of natural resources, she’s leading all of Athletic’s B-Corp initiatives to improve our social and environmental impact in every way.
Liana Ledesma | Taproom Manager
Liana’s passion for people and service drove her incredible tenure as our Stratford brewery’s Taproom Manager. Now, they’re opening doors for her on Athletic’s Customer Experience Team, as she transitions to a role where her hard-earned skills will help her reach, and empower, more people than ever.
Rachel Maus | Brewing Supervisor, West Coast
As a trailblazer in our west coast production facility, Rachel leads a team of thirteen across the brew house and cellar floor. From scheduling to procurement to recipe input and our pilot program, she brings integrity and innovation to every triumph she spearheads. She also helped select the hop combination for this year’s Trailblazer recipe.
