QA - QC Engineer - Temporary Contract - Remote

We are looking for a Temporary contract Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing Digital team. This is an incredible opportunity to be the first in-house QA/QC Engineer and work with a newly redesigned website and a brand-new iOS App.

• The QA Engineer designs, engineers and maintains a full suite of testing solutions and QA processes, supporting a newly redesigned Shopify eCommerce site and a brand-new iOS App.
• This role acts as a subject matter expert for system health and QA best practices, contributing toward predictable delivery of quality releases.
• Develop and execute manual test plans from requirements working in an Agile environment
• Implement automated test suites for the supported applications
• Proactively bring issues (such as bugs or gaps in requirements) to the attention of the team
• Partner closely with the development teams to replicate and resolve issues
• Triage and code smaller bug fixes/enhancements
• Work with our customer support team to investigate and validate customer-reported issues to have product team prioritize accordingly
• Partner with digital and marketing teams to implement coverage ahead of large feature releases

• 3 years of experience with manual and automated testing tools
• Experience with Shopify
• Experience with iOS and Android App development
• Experience with GitHub or other source control systems
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Experience in building new processes from scratch
• Candidates with start-up experience preferred

• Location: Remote (welcome at breweries in San Diego and Connecticut anytime!)
