International Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the International Inventory & Logistics Manager
  • Manages finished good inventory levels in several 3PL distribution warehouses abroad
  • Issues purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and credits as needed using Netsuite
  • Communicates regularly with warehousing, sales, and marketing stakeholders abroad
  • Creates customs documents for exportation and importation of goods
  • Coordinates distribution of all finished goods directly with our 3PL distribution partners
  • Schedules and tracks export logistics movements as well as some importation needs
  • Works with all sales channels (DTC, DTR, B2B) to allocate stock appropriately
  • Drafts paperwork and shipping documents for international shipments via parcel courier
  • Acts as main contact for all order/inventory concerns both internally and externally
  • Monitors shipments, resolves scheduling conflicts, and updates partners regularly
  • Troubleshoots any discrepancies in NetSuite, Shopify, or 3PL inventories
  • Works closely with internal teams to ensure stock availability prior to shipment
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice

Skills and Experience:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, distribution, or logistics
  • Computer Skills: Google Sheets and/or Excel, Google Drive, Gmail
  • Travel Requirements: None
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (associate or bachelor degree a plus)
  • Nice-to-haves (but not required): Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • brewing, supply chain management, or 3PL inventory management. Knowledge of
  • harmonization system codes, incoterms, VAT, and duties. Enterprise Resource
  • Planning (ERP) experience i.e. NetSuite, SAP, or oBeer.
Job Details:
  • Location: Milford CT, San Diego CA, or remote
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience - Base salary, and opportunities for performance
  • bonuses.
